Battery issues seem to be down to cloud player, google currents seems to have an impact on making your device slower with people recommending you turn off background synching to get some performance back.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that the Apple fans don’t seem to be jumping into these forums and causing upset with these issues. If Apple had released iOS you’d bet there would be uproar.
