The official unveiling of the HomePod Mini and New Apple TV hardware is just hours away, thats if you believe the rumour mill from some well placed Apple leakers.  Apparently the HomePod Mini and Apple TV will be able to track your location indoors

The HomePod mini is rumoured to come into an amazing price of $99, not sure how that’s going to translate into other countries, and will stand at 3.3 inches high being powered by the S5 processor. Allegedly it scheduled to go on sale on November 6 for general release on the 16th.

The series 5 silicon power in the Apple HomePod is exactly the same chip that you find inside the Apple Watch Series 5 giving the HomePod mini some serious processing power.

If Apple do release the HomePod mini at $99 this is somewhat of a seismic change for Apple to release high-end products with a similarly matched higher price.

Give an apple it’s a surefire thing they can make a great sounding speaker but Amazon have recently introduced the Amazon echo studio for $139 and arguably Alexa is way more capable than Siri.

It’s a questionable strategy to release a speaker that could be seen as a high-end accessory to Apple’s newest products rather than release a speaker and without any missing potential feature to everyone
