Samsung may face a whole new kind of trouble from Apple’s iPhone this year and next. Reports out of South Korea indicate the TSMC will make all the A-10 processors for Apple’s next flagship phone cutting Samsung out of the picture.
Here’s something funny Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster seems to have a real problem with Gurmans 4″ iPhone assertion. Baarons ran a piece Tuesday highlighting Munster’s argument against.
Mark Gurman is back on the predictions trail this week. Gurman is well known for some great and not so great leaks and this time it’s in the form of an Apple event in March to launch three new devices.
The new device is internally codenamed “N69,” but the launch name will likely be the “iPhone 5se.” The “se” suffix has been described in two ways by Apple employees: as a “special edition” variation of the vintage 4-inch iPhone screen size and as an “enhanced” version of the iPhone 5s.
In the split panel AppleWorld.Today says Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster has quizzed people in the USA about the possibilities inherent in a 4”iPhone.. or the return of a 4”iPhone. Begging the question why not ask people about the model T year the VCR?
Analysts sure have changed their attack on Apple and it’s Marketshare recently. Instead changing the word Marketshare to Devices. If you believe in the idea of a new 4 inch iPhone but do believe in KGI securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo the strength of your beliefs is currently being tested.
