Following the $50 price cut for the Apple watch sports announced last week Apple is lower the cost per out of warranty repair for the chronometer.
The price for services dropped from $229 to $199 but battery replacement is still $79 for all Apple watch models.
There are a still few about about out-of-warranty service, with any Apple Watch that “has been broken into multiple pieces” remaining ineligible for repair. For more detailed descriptions of applicable devices, the company has a full Apple Repair Terms and Conditions document on its website.
