by Beats 1, part of the Apple music streaming service is going to become a bit more user-friendly. Apple has updated the artwork for the 24 hour radio station to include what show is on at the time as well as that shows timeslot, but wait there’s more.
In addition to the new artwork Beats 1 has added a new button labeled “Explore Beats 1”. Tapping this button will show you the Beats 1 scheduled for that day and a list of featured shows.
Sure it’s still a little hit or miss at least now though you can know what you’re hitting before you push play and whether you’d rather give it a miss.
At the time of writing these new features only appear for those using iOS devices. Within iTunes on the Mac you are still limited to the “Listen Now” button and your recently-played stations.
