Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition Mac Release Date March 31st

Things are looking great so far this year for gaming on the Mac. First Xcom 2 (review coming soon) and no Feral have dropped the news that Sleeping Dogs: The Definitive Edition will be available on Steam and via the Mac App Store.Sleeping Dogs was first released on for PC and consoles way back in 2012. Aside from getting an updated version of Sleeping Dogs with enhanced graphics and gameplay tweaks you’ll also get post-release downloadable content directly into the game, including the Year of The Snake, Nightmare in North Point and Zodiac Tournament expansions

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition has all previously available DLC wrapped up in one download, a big download at that I’ll be betting.

YEAR OF THE SNAKE

Play a new police mission,“High Speed” that expands the police side of the Sleeping Dogs experience. Catch criminals like a true SWAT with the SWAT outfit, SWAT police cruiser car and SWAT assault rifle.

ZODIAC TOURNAMENT
Enter the Zodiac Tournament and overcome the best of the best fighters from across Asia! Learn new fighting styles and fight new combatants in this exclusive fighting tournament.

And if that isn’t enough you’ll also get another 15 packs ranging from skins, driving and new fighting techniques.

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition Mac Specifications

Thankfully not being a new, state of the art release does mean you can meet the system requirements quite easily, which is nice fora mac game for once.

Minimum system requirements: OS X 10.10.5, 2.0GHz CPU with at least 4GB RAM, 1GB or better graphics card, and Mac OS 10.10.5 or later. Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition requires an AMD 6970 graphics card or better, NVIDIA 650 graphics card or better and Intel Iris Pro series graphics or better.
