Not in the market for a new iMac but still one something different for the desktop? Apple have released a few new accessories bringing the latest tech found in the newer Macbooks to the rest of us.
There’s a $99 magic keyboard the $79 magic mouse 2 and the $129 Magic trackpad 2.
Quoting Apple’s press release
designed around the built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery all three accessories eliminate the need for disposable batteries and feature a noticeably more solid internal structure and quality feel.
The magic keyboard manages to stay full size while taking up 13% less desk space so it may actually be magic.
The biggest change likely comes with the Magic trackpad 2 quoting Apple’s release again
the new Magic trackpad to features a 29% larger surface and brings force touch to the desktop for the first time. Force Touch enables a range of new ways to interact with your Mac including new force click to quickly look up a word preview a file or bring up a map from an address
The new magic keyboard and magic mouse to come standard with each new iMac via an optional upgrade price.
