Goophone I5 : Chinese company patents iPhone 5 design before release

In a bit to out Apple, Apple a chinese manufacturer has made a mock up of the iPhone 5, send it through the patent courts and be awarded said patent.  Called the Goophone i5 they are set to join the ranks of Samsung to sue Apple the moment that new iPhone goes onto sale.
