The WWE Network will finally launch in the UK at 8pm tonight (November 3).  It’s thought that Sky were behind the delays as they just signed up to 2018 to show WWE programming on the sky network. WWE Network On Apple TV Launches. Oh No It Didnt

“Directly from WWE, WWE Network will be available for FREE starting Monday, November 3 through the end of the month, including Survivor Series, on Web, iPhone, iPad and Android devices.”

“Go to WWE.com on Monday, Nov. 3 at 8.00 pm GMT to sign up.”

It continued:

“WWE Network will be available to you on other platforms, including Xbox One and Xbox 360, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku streaming devices, and select Smart TVs on Tuesday, November 18 in time for Survivor Series so you can watch on your big screen TV.

“Beginning in December, WWE Network will be available for US $9.99 (£6.25) per month with no commitment.

“Thank you for your patience in awaiting the WWE Network launch.”

However way you look at it £6.25 a month is an amazing deal especially since Survivor Series, or any other PPV normally costs upwards of £14.  What also hasn’t been released is just what PayPer Views are going to remain and what’s going to be heading via the WWE network at a premium offering.

Updated.
It seems that at the final hour the launch was pulled. If anyone thinks this wasn’t down to the Sky monopoly here in the UK, well you have to be on something.

The WWE Network in the UK has been postponed indefinitely even Vince Mcmahon has offered a video apology, not long after releasing a video pushing the availability of the service.

So for those in the UK wanting to watch Survivor Series for free, it’s not going to happen just yet. Best bet is to keep an eye on the SkySport.com website Right now you can order SummerSlam for 14.95. Hard to see Sky letting go of that revenue to the WWE Network.
