Reviewed : Denon AHC560R In Ear Headphones with Remote & Mic
The Apple supplied headphones can be described as mediocre at best and I’ve long been on the hunt for a decent set of headphones without a bank balancing crushing price. I use my headphones everyday for long periods of time that would pretty much be considered unhealthy, so I was overjoyed when I discovered the Denon AHC560R on sale. But once again like my last headphone purchase, disappointment promptly welcomed me when I opened up the box.

Theres no doubt about it that those shiney, shiney windows phones have an attractive and clean interface, live tiles is a radical UI departure from Nokia / Microsoft and now the Microsoft owned Skype is now available for those phones which support it.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 vs The new iPad
Samsung think they have it nailed already against The new iPad according to their latest press release. The Galaxy Note ‘phablet’ (phone and tablet) seems to outshine the iPad.. Here, look for yourselves.
So no mention of the better screen, faster processor, eco system etc etc, but it’s ok because everything is better with a stylus….right?
Gadget Geeks Season 1 Episode 5 Recap
The team create a chip fat powered restaurant and help a film lover put several surround sound systems through their paces. In this week’s product test only 3 sets of speakers areon test which is understandable given the complexity of having to set these things up pack them away, set them up again etc etc.
An interesting side note is a surround sound experts – expert is brought in to help configure the systems for this test.

Gadget Geeks Recap, Season 1 Episode 1 Shown on SkyHD
Quite why it’s taken so long for any other channel to start a program similar to channel 5’s “Gadget Show” is anyone’s guess. This week saw the launch of Gadget Geeks aiming to help consumers with gadgets and a few challenges along the way. Here’s our, admittedly late, recap of Gadget Geeks S01 E01.
Show opens up with a more subtle intro than that of it’s main competitor, less noise and perhaps gaudiness which can be a little bombarding on the Gadget Show. Here we go with a quick meet the team.

Samsung Swipeit to Rival Apple Airplay
Samsung are set to announce their “Swipeit” android product at this years CES. Swipeit is an Android app that allows and Samsung Internet and Swipeit enabled tv’s to show the content from your phone, on the larger screen. Does this sound familiar?
I’m loving the name Swipeit as that’s what they tend to do with Apple product design but now it seems airplay.
While SwipeIt works exactly like the Apple’s AirPlay, there are some significant differences:
